Pinky in Toyland

Pinky In Toyland is the first half of the 7th episode of the second season of the 1993 Pink Panther series. The episode is the 47th of the series. The episode originally aired on October 22, 1994 with the second half, The Detective of Oz.

Story[]

An apparent homage to the 1982 Richard Pryor, Jackie Gleason, Richard Donner movie "The Toy". After drawing the ire of a pair of Bank Robbers, Pinky hides out in a carnival where Thelma wins him as a prize for besting the High Striker game. She then takes him home and treats him as one of her toys.

These crooks also appear in The Detective of Oz and presumably other cartoons. The Big one refers to the small one as Weasel quite often, but Weasel never seems to use the big one's name.
This episode marks the last appearance of Thelma.
